Måns has 25 years of experience in managerial roles within software development and industrial IT. He began his career with ERP and maintenance systems, but after some years he turned his focus to industrial IT and automation. He has held positions such as Business Consultant, Project Manager, and Business Unit Manager, with a key focus on MES, leading delivery teams across various industries. The MES solutions have varied from custom built to standardized platforms from different suppliers.
In 2020, Måns joined Alfa Laval, still combining roles as Project Manager, Team Manager, and Product Manager, with focus on shopfloor digitalization. Alfa Laval’s MES initiative, which started in small scale in Operations Development, has gradually grown and moved to Group Digital. In the new organization, Måns is responsible for teams that develop, deliver, and operate MES, WMS and Factory Network solutions globally.
Outside of work, Måns has for long time been a dedicated football coach. He believes that with well-formed teams there is no limit in what can be achieved, whether on the field or in the workplace. His primary focus lies on establishing efficient solutions, structure, and ways of working, for both his teams and for customers.
