Session: The Smart Industry Readiness Index. A Research-based Approach to Planning Industry 4.0 Transformations
The value of Industry 4.0 transformations is well understood and documented. It is often the execution that can be frustrating. However, the long list of potential benefits can make the choice confusing, potentially leading to inaction or technology-first pilots that stall and don’t deliver expected value at scale.
Learn more about an assessment framework that was developed in a global partnership among the Singapore Economic Development Board, World Economic Forum, TüV, McKinsey and Company, and the International Center for Industrial Transformation (INCIT), that now administers the program. This unique approach offers both self-assessment and assessment by certified auditors, provides transformation priorities for planning the company’s digital transformation journey and is tailored to each participant using research-based benchmarking by industry.
