Shantanu leads the HCLTech’s Digital manufacturing Practice and has almost 30 years of experience in the domain. He is has been involved in Plant Automation and Control Systems, Mathematical Modelling, PLM and MES related Business Consulting and Implementations across Automotive, Aerospace, Medical Devices, Metals, Natural resources and Hitech verticals. His past experience includes, the Tata, PTC, IBM Consulting and now HCLTech.
He has been instrumental in setting up programs in Digital Engineering space covering multi-plant MES Systems, Plant Schema Designs, Real time Cooling and Heating controls and use of Neural Networks/AI and Data Analytics in Manufacturing.
He is a member of Semi.org and also a frequent speaker in multiple industry fora.
