With a background in Electro-Mechanical engineering and extensive experience in integrating new production automation systems, Stijn became a key member of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) integration team. By the end of 2023, he initiated the migration of the old, highly customized production software system toward a more scalable and future-proof solution.
As MES Business Owner, Stijn is responsible for the development and optimization of associated processes that operate seamlessly within the site’s end-to-end digitalization strategy. His focus goes beyond traditional MES – ERP integration, emphasizing fully automated logistics flows and production automation. With his technical expertise and strategic vision, he contributes to building an efficient, data-driven manufacturing environment ready for the future.
