Tonniele Naeher joined Integer Holdings Corporation in 2014, which is a leader in advanced Medical Device Outsourcing (MDO), serving the cardiac, neuromodulation, vascular and portable medical markets that delivers life-enhancing innovation worldwide.
For over 12 years Tonniele has led system implementations supporting medical, corporate and manufacturing initiatives and is leading Integer’s first Manufacturing Execution System (MES) rollout and the buildout of their MES Center of Excellence (CoE). Tonniele has a passion to build, grow and continually improve cross-functional programs and teams. Additionally, Tonniele is a Co-Lead for a Women’s Group that focuses on Diversity and Inclusion at Integer Holdings Corp. and is a Mentor for other women at Integer.
Tonniele has a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a Minor in Spanish and a Master’s degree in Environmental Toxicology. Tonniele is a certified secondary teacher in Science and Spanish and has her Project Management Professional (PMP) and Prosci Change Management credentials. Tonniele lives in the Buffalo, NY area and is a diehard fan of the NFL’s Buffalo Bills. 10+ years ago Tonniele shatter her leg, thanks to medical devices, the implanted plate and 15 screws gave her the ability to walk again!
Session: A Medical Device Manufacturer’s Journey from Paper to Digital
Integer Holdings Corporation has embraced their MES journey from their executive leadership to operators on the shop Floor. While keeping our eyes on the goal, installing MES at our first pilot site and working to build our MES CoE, we have had many learnings, challenges and successes along the way. We will share with you details of our journey thus far, highlighting the benefits MES is offering us now and will offer Integer in the future. We will share lessons learned and topics to consider more deeply with the hope we can offer firsthand guidance to others as they embark on their own MES journeys.
